Once an appointment has been made you wil be given a date and time for our visit. We will give you a 2 hour slot and will at all times try our best to get to you between those times. If for any reason you cannot keep to your appointment please inform us by phone or email at least 48 hours before your allocated time.

If we arrive for the appointment and are not able to gain entry to the property, for whatever reason, we will have to make a charge for the Sweep's time and travelling expenses.
